In order to construct the first biofuel boiler of 8 MW in AB Grigiškės with a condensing economiser, an application and related documents were prepared for funding of the European Union Structural Funds under measure VP3-3.4-UM-02-K “The Use of renewable energy resources for power generation”. The investment support of LTL 5.562 million was allocated for the project in 2012.
