Technical solutions provided in the investment project of UAB Vilniaus Energija were reasonably and adequately assessed to ensure the proper implementation of environmental requirements set out in the EC directives (transferred into the legal base of LR) within the time limits set. The impact of the investment project and alternative technical solutions prepared on the rate of heat was determined. Technical solutions were compared using the cost-benefit analysis method.
