The subject of a feasibility study was the construction of the biofuel-fired boiler house of 16 MW in Kaunas. Analysis of territory planning and regulatory documents (including the procedure for the purchase of heat from independent heat producers), the preliminary technical solutions for boiler construction were specified and provided in the work. Economic and financial evaluation of the project was carried out.
