Technical-economic substantiation of the biomass boiler of 8 MW was prepared pursuant to the requirements of the National Commission for Energy Control and Prices. Preliminary technical solutions, the need for investment, the financial-economic evaluation of the project and the project implementation schedule were developed and carried out.
